How I Remind Myself I'm A Badass When I Feel Down

There are two things I do, that I've always done, to remind myself that I am indeed a badass when I feel down. 

I'm sharing them today and I want you to try them when you feel down because sometimes we forget our badassery amid the tides of life:

2. Listen to Joan Jett (really f-ing loud!)
