Loving In The Moment by Gina Lake and Anxiety

I am getting ready to begin and new project about what happens to a woman who loses everything in her life and after fighting, decides to give up. And I've been reflecting a lot on the loves I have and have had in my life and my ego. Specifically, how much of my ego enters into my relationships.

I recently picked up a book entitled Loving In The Moment: Moving From Ego To Essence In Relationships by Gina Lake and am listening to the audio version. I have to tell you, while listening to this, I feel like a fucking Neanderthal. I mean, I guess I'm not very enlightened. The book is good, don't get me wrong, but it's really made me come to reflect on how much of my own ego is inserted into relationships. And it made me feel a lot of anxiety while listening to it, which could be good considering I would like to move to experiencing and viewing relationships with an enlightened mind. Anyway, I just realized that rather than reviewing this book, I've inserted my own ego into this post. Will continue to listen...

Check out  Loving In The Moment: Moving From Ego To Essence In Relationships on Amazon or Audible and let me know what you think. Also, if you've already read the book, I'd love to hear your views as well.
